Nooooo you start with a clean, well maintained one so you’re not dealing with rust and shit!

Nothing too crazy. Some spike lug nuts, cut some vents in the hood, vents in the roof, window louvers, swap in another Honda motor, short throw shifter, oh definitely duel exhaust pipes, a nice tint, maybe plastidip the hood black (for reflections), uh... I think that’s it?
